Editing a post

Made a mistake? On any post you wrote, you'll find an edit action. It reopens the post in the editor so you can fix a typo, reword something, or adjust its formatting, then save your changes.

The edit replaces the post in place for everyone - there's no separate "edited" copy kept, though the post carries a small (edited) note afterwards so readers know it changed. You can change the title, the writing and its formatting, and the link this way. Swapping a post's attached media isn't part of editing, though; if that's what you need, it's cleaner to delete the post and put up a new one.

You can only edit your own posts.
