Houthis

The Houthis, formally known as Ansar Allah, are a Zaydi Shia-led political and armed movement in Yemen headed by Abdul-Malik al-Houthi. They seized Sanaa in 2014 and became a principal faction in the Yemeni civil war, fighting the internationally recognized government and a Saudi-led coalition. The movement controls much of Yemen and has launched missile and drone attacks against regional and maritime targets.
